Becoming a licensed realtor was a natural step for me, as I've spent most of my life immersed in various facets of the real estate industry. My Experience

Serving my clients has not only been an incredibly fulfilling journey but has also led to multiple awards recognizing me as a top producer among my peers. Early in my career my broker told me, "You are on fire!". The very kind comment was a pleasant surprise. Then I realized that this work is my passion, and I am grateful that it shows. It’s good to be where you know you should be. That same fire still drives me today with every transaction I take on.

With dedication to my client’s important details, I advocate for you in every aspect of the process. My previous experience as a mortgage underwriter, traditional and reverse mortgage originator, and special loans servicing analyst allows me to guide clients through the mortgage process with confidence—an essential factor in securing a financed home purchase. When representing sellers, I often assist buyers' agents in overcoming mortgage hurdles to ensure we reach a successful closing. I have extensive experience helping investor buyers. Before entering the mortgage industry, I spent years working in the residential electrical trade in Hillsborough County, Florida, giving me additional insight into the construction and home improvement side of real estate.

More About Me

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my two wonderful sons and attending church. I have a deep appreciation for outdoor music and fine arts, and I’ve dedicated time to volunteering for various causes over the years. Since 1993, I’ve been part of Calvary Prison Ministry in Clearwater, FL, and I am also a proud World Vision sponsor and volunteer.
